And the explosion continues. This genealogy thing is just amazing…and all-things-being-equal I haven’t even started.
Today I decided to search the birth of JK’s great-great-great-grandfather Thomas Aldridge. Based on the 1851 England Census taken in Liverpool, ggg-grandfather Thomas’ birthplace is indicated as “Yorkshire, Beverly”. Source Citation - The National Archives, London, England. Class: HO107; Piece: 2183; Folio: 350; Page(s): 56,57; GSU roll: 87185-87187.
Here are the two pages from the 1851 England Census showing the Aldridge household.
My transcription of the two pages, respectively –
Check out my next Posting. That’s all I’m saying right now.
Enjoy,
Jim
