With a family spread in many different countries and parts of the world, the search for genealogy data and associated documentation of my relatives and ancestors certainly takes me to many different sources and locations.
Via the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah at a Family History Center in Tampa, Florida, I have chanced upon the Death Registration Form of my grandmother Madge (née Goodey) Robertson.
From the St. Andrew Parish Death Registers dated 1878-1995, as documented by the Office of the Jamaica Registrar General, the following is an image of the Form, downloaded from the microfilm FHL [1768918].
