Part 677ps – Smith Groh Genealogy – The Mystery of Brayton C. Placeway – New Additions to BCP Timeline

08 May 2012

Good Day,

Well, Radar is under the weather and after spending the evening at BluePearl Animal Hospital last night, he has been prescribed for NO excitement and complete bed-rest. It appears that he must have twisted something or pinched a nerve in his neck… with all his bouncing and hyper-active stunts and bounds. Why is it that his prescribed meds are the same as mine?

The genealogy expedition continues into the life of ggg-grandfather Brayton C. Placeway. And just to make sure I am keeping up with the addition of key points and highlights, as I can, along the trail of his Life Timeline.

I have added his Marriage to ggg-grandmother Mary (née Seigel) dated 9 September 1908. (See Part 675ps.) Also in Part 675ps and as enumerated in the 1910 US Census of Wauwatosa City, Wisconsin, ggg-grandparents Brayton and Mary’s daughter is identified at 1 6/12 years of age.

From Family Search and the Pedigree Resource File, as provided by one D. Stenzel, I discovered a birthdate for gg-grandmother Edith (née Placeway). The information presented is 22 July 1909 at Pinckney Township, Livingston County, Michigan. I have added gg-grandmother Edith’s birth event to her father ggg-grandfather Brayton’s Timeline.

Here is the updated Timeline of key events of the life of ggg-grandfather Brayton C. Placeway

Please feel free to contact me with comments, ideas, thoughts, and questions.

Enjoy,

Jim
